The hotel offers all the essential items you need in the rooms, but the view can be lacking. It's better to choose a room off the street side to enhance your stay. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, with staff like Adal, Jairo, Mary, and Greta going above and beyond to assist guests. However, the location might not be the best due to its proximity to the highway. Dining options are good but can be pricey, and the facilities are well-kept.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and disappointing aspects. The rooms were amazing, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and relaxing ambiance. However, there was an issue with water leaking from the ceiling to the floor, which was a bit concerning at first. The service, on one hand, was somewhat rude in coercing me to accept a room that didn't meet the expected standards, but on the other hand, some staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, going the extra mile to assist with anything needed. The location of the hotel was truly the best, thanks to the dedicated service of Martin Rojas who made our stay in Toluca exceptional. The dining experience was really good during our stay, offering delicious meals delivered right to the table.
